Telco Platforms is the first every truly independent third party company that provides maintenance, installation and consultancy for telecommunications value added services (V.A.S) platforms – services such as Voicemail, Ring Back Tone Services, Prepaid, Interactive Voice Response, Televoting, Visual Voicemail, Mass Calling, ISMSC, Number Portability, Emergency Number Routing and Network-Based Call Centers.

Telco Platforms was formed in 2008 by a number of telecommunication V.A.S engineers. Our company has engineers based in the UK, Poland, France, China, Egypt, and the USA.

Telco Platforms have two offices – the United Kingdom and the USA. Both offices serve for the purpose of workshops (test labs) and storage. Due to the location of our engineers, we operate a working from home policy.

Telco Platforms core business model to provide maintenance and support to proprietary telecommunication platforms. Our pride is that Telco Platforms is an engineering company run by engineers - our experienced engineers have extensive knowledge of various manufactures platforms due to the fact that all our engineers are former Comverse, Digitalk, ECT (European Computer Telecoms), Logica, and Huawei engineers.

We do not make products; our core business model is to provide maintenance and support. We don’t sub contract out any of our services to other company’s. Everything is done “in house”.

The benefits for you and us are that we don’t have the major financial overheads that the larger corporations may have. This means we can significantly undercut the large corporations in support contract prices, and, importantly, we are confident we can offer a better class of technical support due to our experience and informal nature. Our philosophy is that if you are happy with our service and support, you will stay with us – for that reason, we offer monthly “rolling” contracts.

We have contracts with customer’s worldwide using Comverse, Digitalk, ECT (European Computer Telecoms), Logica, and Huawei applications.
